Yes, this is very important. We recommend bringing 300 to 400 Peruvian soles in cash. You may not need to use it, but it is essential for emergencies or unexpected situations, such as alternative transportation (horse, car, or train), drinks, tips, or small local purchases. ATMs are not available in remote areas.
Group sizes usually range from 10 to 16 people, depending on the season. The minimum number of participants is generally 2 people. We keep groups small to ensure a safer, more organized, and more personal trekking experience.
